Sugarbaby's cupcakes can be purchased in any number - individually or by the dozen.  We currently accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Sugarbaby's Gift Cards for purchases.

• Walk in clients are welcome to select up to 1 dozen per flavor / 3-4 dozen assorted total, based on availability. For larger orders, we kindly request 2 days notice.
• All same day orders are first come / first served at the counter.  
• Your selection should be chosen from the list of flavors designated for the day of your planned pick-up.  If you are looking for a flavor not offered that day, you will need to purchase a minimum of 20 ea of that flavor for our bakers to prepare a special batch.  To see the current menu and daily flavor selections, click here.
• All advance orders must be secured with a credit card and are subject to a minimum 50% service charge if not cancelled with adequate notice. Custom design orders with special decoratives/color or large advance orders should be cancelled the day prior to pick-up to avoid cancellation charges. Orders from our daily selection must be cancelled by Noon the day of planned pick-up or cancellation fees may be applied.
• Due to the extra time we must dedicate for all custom design orders, these orders must be scheduled for pick-up at 10am or later and will be scheduled on a first ordered / first scheduled basis.  Extra large orders may require additional time. 

Special Orders & Minis

• Mini cupcakes, cheesecakes, bundt cakes,pies & tarts, and other miniatures are "Baker's Choice" each day.  We do not have a schedule for these items and when they're gone - they're gone.  Special orders for minis require a minimum batch size (2 dozen mini cupcakes, 1 dozen mini cheesecakes, 1 dozen mini tarts, 6 mini bundt cakes) and at least 48 hours/2 business days notice. We tend to max out several days in advance for our mini cupcakes, so we highly suggest placing your order a week or more in advance to avoid early cut-offs.
• Minis are extremely time consuming due to their size, so our bakery can only produce a certain number of these items for special orders on any one given day.  If your order is not placed far enough in advance, we may not be able to produce your request if we are already at our max on orders for that day. Please note the following in regards to specific minis:
  • Mini Cupcakes - call for availability 
  • Mini Cheesecakes & Tarts- Max 3 dozen per person/order
  • Mini Bundt Cakes - Max 2 dozen per person/order
• All large quantities, special orders (color, decorations, etc.), and holiday requests require more notice and may be subject to additional charges.  To see some of our recent special order designs, CLICK HERE.

Custom Designs

• We are happy to try to coordinate color and sprinkles to match your theme with advance notice at no extra charge.
• Special decorations such as fondant and other hand-made decoratives do incur additional charges for special orders.
• We stock a limited selection of themed decorations such as those for current holidays, happy birthday picks, baby and bridal showers, etc.  If you find decorations you would like to add to your cupcakes, we are happy to add them during the icing process with advance orders.
• We realize there are tons of great photos in books and on the internet for cute cupcake designs, but due to time constraints and the labor costs involved, we are simply unable to reproduce EVERY design you might find.  We will gladly suggest some other options that might work with your theme.

Please note that while some flavors are prepared every day, others are only offered every other day.  Due to our fresh baked nature, we can not guarantee availability of all flavors throughout the entire day.  Please call ahead if you are looking for something in particular, and we will do our best to try to accommodate your needs.
