What is the Sweet Perks customer rewards program?
What is Sweet Perks? Sweet Perks is a customer rewards card program that earns you 10% (or $5) credit for every $50* in accumulated purchases made at Sugarbaby's. *sales rounded to the nearest dollar each transaction
How do I earn rewards? It's simple, just come visit us! Every time you come to Sugarbaby's and make a purchase, simply present your Sweet Perks card prior to payment, and we'll record your purchase total in your in-store Sweet Perks account. Once you reach $50 in purchases, your account will automatically be credited with $5 in rewards perks. You can then use your rewards on your next purchase or save them for future use (within the designated rewards period - see below).
How do I get a card? To get your card we simply need you to answer a few quick questions while at the register (name, e-mail, etc.), and we can give you a card on the spot! A copy of the current program details will be given to you when you register.
What items qualify for rewards credit? Cupcakes, desserts, beverages, or retail gift items purchased in-store qualify for Sweet Perks credit.
The following purchases are excluded from the program:
- Purchases already receiving a quantity or sales discount
- Purchases made for private parties in the store (including food, drinks, rentals and all services for the party)
- Any online purchases of our t-shirts and logo items
- Purchases of Sugarbaby's gift cards
What can I redeem my Sweet Perks credit for? Sweet Perks credit can be used towards any in-store purchase including food, beverages, and retail gift items. (excludes gift cards)
How do I know when I have rewards credit and how much? Every time you make a purchase at Sugarbaby's, give the cashier your Sweet Perks card prior to payment. Once we swipe your card, we are able to view your available rewards, and/or let you know how far you are from your next reward. If rewards are available, the staff will automatically ask you if you would like to apply them to your current purchase or save them for another time. Also, when you make a purchase, rewards earned and rewards redeemed are printed on your receipt.
How long is my rewards credit available? You have 60 days from the time each $5 credit is earned and placed on your account to use your credit. While multiple $5 credits can be on your account at a time, each one expires 60 days after if was earned.
What if I forget to bring my Sweet Perks card or misplace it? If you ever misplace your card, or come in without it, we can use your personal information from registration to look up your customer information as well. Your name and e-mail should be enough to find your account.
Does my Sweet Perks account store my credit card information? No. Only the personal information you used during signup is recorded in your account. We do not store credit card numbers for any reason. Your payment security is important to us.
Can more than one person use a Sweet Perks card? Cards are issued to individuals and registered under a person's first and last name. We are not able to issue cards under "business names". Each person in a business, group, family or organization will need to register for their own card.
Program policies and procedures are subject to future changes and updates. Registered members will be notified of any adjustments to this program when necessary.
