Can I request special decorations or flavors?
Yes, if you are placing an advance order for a special occasion, just let us know. We do require a minimum of 2 business days notice for all custom orders (more for large orders and busy holidays). We offer a variety of combinations and would be happy to accommodate your request. We accept photos of desired designs, however if for any reason we are unable to re-create the exact design, we will gladly suggest some other options that might work with your theme.
While we do not stock trademarked character products (i.e. Disney, cartoons, etc.), you can purchase your own toppers and bring them in, we can coordinate them and place during the decorating process prior to pick-up.
Due to the extra time we must dedicate for all custom design orders, these orders must be scheduled for pick-up at 10am or later and will be scheduled on a first ordered / first scheduled basis. Extra large orders may require additional time.
