How do I purchase Sugarbaby's Cupcakes?
Sugarbaby’s cupcakes can be purchased in any quantity – individually or by the dozen. We currently accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Sugarbaby’s Gift Cards for purchases.
- All same day orders are first come / first served at the counter.
- Walk in clients are welcome to select up to 1 dozen per flavor / 3-4 dozen assorted total, based on availability (excludes busy holidays). For larger orders, we kindly request at least 2 days notice.
- All advance orders must be secured with a credit card and are subject to a minimum 50% service charge if not cancelled by noon the day of pick-up. Orders with special decoratives or color or large advance orders should be cancelled the 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation charges.

- If you are looking for a flavor not offered on your chosen day, you will need to purchase a minimum batch of 20 ea of that flavor with advance notice.
- Orders may be scheduled for pick-up between 10am and 6pm Tues-Sat and Noon -4:30pm on Sunday and will be scheduled on a first ordered / first scheduled basis. Extra large orders may require additional time.
- Due to the special preparation we make for custom orders, CANCELLATIONS not received by 10am THE DAY PRIOR to pick up are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
- A credit card must be on file for all advance orders. Orders can either be pre-paid IN PERSON or paid upon pick-up, but we DO NOT take partial payments or deposits except for large orders over 6 dozen. To protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud, any order paid in advance by phone will require the card be presented in person and swiped/imprinted before the order leaves the store.
Special Order Miniatures & Mini Cupcakes
Special orders for minis require a minimum batch size and at least 48 hours / 2 business days notice. We highly suggest more notice for mini cupcakes (a week or more) as we do max out early on orders for these items on Friday, Saturday and busy holidays. Custom Orders
- We are happy to help coordinate color and sprinkles to match your theme with advance notice at no extra charge.
- Special decorations such as fondant and other hand-made decoratives do incur additional charges for special orders.
- We do not stock licensed themed decorations but carry a small selection for current holidays, birthday themes, showers, etc. If you find decorations you would like to add to your cupcakes, we are happy to add them during the icing process with advance orders.
- We accept photos of desired designs, however if for any reason we are unable to re-create the exact design, we will gladly suggest some other options that might work with your theme.
Please call us at 713-52-SUGAR to place your advanced order. Due to the level of personalization and custom details, we only accept orders in person or over the phone, no voicemail message orders or e-mails will be accepted.
